The training system infrastructure is based on a modular design with up to six stations with its own PC for interface to the logistics technology and Warehouse Management simulation exercise. Technology and exercise applications will reside on the WMS Server and be networked to PC terminals at each station. We sell stand alone WMS software applications to complete turnkey simulators.

• Station (1) is for Receiving where the student will setup orders.

• Station (2) will use a barcode scanner to simulate picking and packing applications.

• Station (3) will use a RFID scanner to simulate picking and packing applications.

• Station (4) will be the pick/pack-to-light technology to demonstrate picking and packing applications.

• Station (5) will be a manual pick/pack exercise using the PC station for directed picking and put-away.

• Station (6) will be the shipping station with printing for shipping labels, bill of ladings, and packing slips.
